Balmar was a sponsor of the Convention Industry Councils CMP Conclave held in Baltimore, Maryland on July 17-19, 2010.
The Conclave is the industry’s only exclusive meeting of Certified Meeting Planners.
Ellipse Design created a cross media campaign “Balmar is Your Ticket to Engaging Gen XY&Z” to promote our attendance to the 450 conference registrants. The campaign which achieved a 20% response rate involved a personalized direct mail piece and email that went to all registrants that allowed them to enter into a drawing for an iTouch and iTunes gift card and to receive a personalized copy of our Engaging Gen XY&Z Resource Guide at the show.
This booklet contains a list of the Top Ten Twitter tips and how Twitter has the potential to transform their conferences and events. In addition it provided information on how Balmar can help them reach their audience via:
