Balmar, Inc. Sells Balmar Services, Inc.
Falls Church, Virginia – Balmar, Inc. has sold its 25-year old office support services division, Balmar Services, Inc. to Management ReSource Services, LLC (MRS) effective September 17, 2009. MRS, a facilities and document management company in Baltimore, Maryland, acquired Balmar Services, Inc. in the transaction, along with their employees and existing contracts with several organizations throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
