It is the policy of Balmar, Inc. Balmar, Inc. (Balmar) is pleased to support the principles of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and to affirm its commitment to the principles of Section 402 of the Vietnam-era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974.
